Charter Terms
All charters depend on weather, water level, guest count, dock access, route feasibility, and final captain approval.
Captain approval
All routes, pickup locations, destination stops, and charter timing are subject to captain approval.
Weather and water conditions
Trips may be adjusted, rescheduled, or declined due to wind, water level, storms, visibility, unsafe dock conditions, or other operational concerns.
Passenger capacity
The site describes private charters for up to 6 guests. Passenger, child, PFD, and boarding rules are confirmed before booking.
Wildlife viewing
Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Guests must not feed, approach, call to, crowd, or disturb wildlife.
Dock access and restaurant stops
Pickup points, restaurant stops, and dock-and-dine routes require dock permission, restaurant timing, route feasibility, and captain approval.
Payments, deposits, cancellation, and refunds
Rates, deposits, payment method, cancellation policy, refund policy, and waiver language are provided before a charter is accepted.
